六西格玛在光学透镜加工流程质量改进中的应用研究——以天津津航技术物理研究所为例 被引量:1

摘要 以天津津航技术物理研究所(以下简称“研究所”)生产ZnSe光学透镜的加工流程为研究对象,分析了当前对于光学透镜的加工现状以及质量管理现状,结合六西格玛方法特点,明确了六西格玛管理中的DMAIC方法对于提升光学透镜加工流程质量控制能力具有可行性。通过具体六西格玛项目的实施,切实找出光学透镜加工生产中存在的根本问题,并有效提升了产品加工合格率,降低生产成本,为“研究所”带来经济效益的同时,增强了管理团队对六西格玛管理方法的应用能力,为产品质量的后续改进储备技术基础,并且验证了六西格玛管理和流程改进对于精密光学加工行业提高产品质量和改善流程的重要意义。 By taking the processing procedures of ZnSe optical lens produced by Tianjin Jinhang Institute of Technical Physics(hereinafter referred to as"Institute")as the research object,this paper analyzes the current status of processing and quality management of optical lens.Based on the characteristics of the Six Sigma,the feasibility of using the DMAIC method in the Six Sigma management to improve the quality control ability of optical lens processing is discussed.In this study,through analyzing the implementation of the specific the Six Sigma projects,fundamental problems existing in the processing of optical lens and the solutions to improve product qualification ratio are found out,which reduces the production cost and brings economic benefits to the Institute.In addition,this study also strengthens management team's ability to apply the Six Sigma management method,laying solid technology basis for the subsequent improvement of product quality and,more importantly,proves that the Six Sigma management and process improvement is of great significance to improve the product quality and production process of precision optical processing industry.
