高职院校“五位一体”创新创业教育体系构建

Construction of "Five-in-One" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges

创新创业教育对高职院校深化教育教学改革,提高人才培养质量发挥了重要推动作用。但与此同时,也存在创新创业教育认识不够到位、师资力量不够雄厚、课程体系不够完善、评价体系不够健全、与专业教育融合不够充分等问题。文章提出了创新创业教育机制、课程体系、实践平台、师资队伍、评价体系“五位一体”的创新创业教育体系,以完善创新创业机制为突破口,以构建课程体系为重点,以强化师资队伍为保障,以构筑实践平台为支撑,以健全评价体系为助力。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education system plays an important role in deepening education teaching reform and improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.However,there are also problems needs to be solved,such as insufficient understanding of the innovation and entrepreneurship education,lack of qualified teachers,imperfect curriculum system,incomplete evaluation system and insufficient integration between the innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.The paper puts forward a"five-in-one"innovation and entrepreneurship education system consisting of innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism,curriculum system,practice platform,teaching staff and evaluation system,which starts from improving the innovative entrepreneurial mechanism,takes curriculum system construction as its main content and strengthening teachers group as the guarantee,draws support and momentum from the practice platform and evaluation system construction.
