小麦祖先种A组/D组与水稻基因组比较分析

摘要 为深入研究小麦祖先种乌拉尔图小麦、粗山羊草的遗传基础、分子结构、进化关系,试验将水稻基因组作为参考基因组进行Blast全基因组比较分析,筛选出8259条长度4kb以上的水稻同源核苷酸序列用circos软件和mauve软件作图。结果表明,小麦祖先种和水稻中存在大量同源核苷酸序列的同线性和共线性排列;祖先种与水稻基因共线性分析表明,3个物种间存在染色体上的共线性,共线性比例达80%以上,并用基因共线性关系对小麦祖先种染色体进化进行了阐述。 To further study the genetic basis,molecular structure and evolutionary relationship of wheat ancestors including Urartu wheat and Aegilops,the rice genome was used as a reference genome for Blast genome-wide comparative analysis.Screening of 8 259 rice homologous nucleotide sequences of 4 kb or longer in length was mapped by circos software and mauve software.The results showed that there were a lot of homologous and collinear alignment of a large number of homologous nucleotide sequences in wheat ancestors and rice.Linear analysis showed that the three species had collinearity on the chromosome,and the collinearity ratio was over 80%.The phylogenetic evolution of wheat ancestors was described by collinearity of genes.
