摘要
蔗糖是绿色植物光合作用产物储存、转运的重要形式,而蔗糖转运蛋白在蔗糖的长距离运输过程中起关键作用。以苹果蔗糖转运蛋白为研究对象,首先从苹果基因组中筛选获得苹果蔗糖转运蛋白的基因序列,利用生物信息学软件预测其蛋白相对分子质量、结构域、跨膜区和糖基化修饰位点等分子特征,并对其进行系统发育分析。结果表明,苹果基因组中含有6条cDNA全长序列,cDNA长度范围是1667~2635bp,包含11~12个跨膜结构域,分别属于SUT1,SUT2和SUT4家族。研究结果将为利用蔗糖转运蛋白基因进行苹果分子育种和优良品种选育提供有益信息。
Sucrose is an important form of storage and transport of photosynthesis products in green plants.The sucrose transport protein plays a key role in the long-distance transport of sucrose.In this paper,apple sucrose transport protein was used as the research object.Firstly,the cDNA sequences of apple sucrose transport protein genes were screened from apple genome,and their molecular characteristics such as molecular quality,functional domain,transmembrane region and glycosylation modification site were predicted by bioinformatics software.And phylogenetic analysis was also conducted.The results showed that the apple genome contained 6 full-length cDNA sequences ranging 1 667-2 635 bp in length,containing 11-12 transmembrane domains,belonging to the SUT1,SUT2 and SUT4 families,respectively.The results of this study will provide useful information for the use of the sucrose transport protein gene in apple molecular breeding and breeding of elite varieties.
