山绿茶醇提物对小鼠血糖水平双向调节作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨山绿茶70%乙醇提取物(Ilex hainanensis Merr 70% alcohol extract,IHAE)对血糖的双向调节作用。方法 1.采用肾上腺素(Adrenaline,AD)诱导小鼠高血糖模型,GOD-PAP法检测血糖(Blood Glucose,BG)水平,观察IHAE对BG水平的影响;2.采用葡萄糖(Glucose,Glu)诱导小鼠高血糖模型,葡萄糖氧化酶法(GOD-PAP)检测BG水平,观察IHAE对BG水平的影响;3.GOD-PAP法检测正常小鼠BG水平,观察IHAE对BG水平的影响。结果 与模型组比较,IHAE显著性降低AD、Glu诱导的高血糖小鼠的BG水平( P <0.05),显著性升高正常小鼠BG水平( P <0.05)。结论 HAE对AD、Glu诱导的高血糖小鼠有较好的降糖作用,对正常小鼠有较好的升糖作用。 Objective To investigate the dual regulatory effects of Ilex hainanensis Merr 70% alcohol extract(IHAE)on blood glucose level. Methods 1.By establishing hyperglycemia mice model which was induced by epinephrine(Adrenaline,AD),the GOD-PAP method was used to detect the blood glucose level,and observe the effects of IHAE on the level of BG.2.By establishing hyperglycemia mice model which was induced by glucose,GOD-PAP method was used to detect the blood glucose level,and observe the effects of IHAE on the level of BG.3.GOD-PAP method was used to detect the blood glucose level in normal mice,and observe the effects of IHAE on the level of BG. Results Compared with model group,IHAE could significantly reduce the blood glucose level of adrenaline-induced or glucose-induced hyperglycemia mice( P <0.05).There was a significance upregulated effect on the blood glucose level in normal mice( P <0.05). Conclusion IHAE could reduce the blood glucose in adrenaline-induced or glucose-induced hyperglycemia mice,and could rise the blood glucose of normal mice preferably.
