高强度聚焦超声对喉癌术后感染患者P53、Cdc2蛋白表达及复发率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察高强度聚焦超声对喉癌术后感染患者P53、Cdc2蛋白表达及复发率的影响。方法 将108例喉癌术后感染患者采用分层随机抽样方法分为对照组(54例)和超声组(54例)。对照组采用常规方法对感染患者进行治疗,超声组在对照组的基础上结合高强度聚焦超声相法治疗。高强度聚焦超声仅在感染发生时治疗一次,观察两组患者伤口愈合时间及6个月后P53、Cdc2蛋白表达和癌症复发的情况。结果 超声组患者伤口愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);超声组患者P53和Cdc2蛋白表达阳性率及癌症复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 高强度聚焦超声可加速喉癌术后感染的治疗,降低癌症术后P53和Cdc2蛋白的表达及癌症的复发率。 Objective Objective To investigate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)on the protein expression of P53 and Cdc2 and the recurrence rate in patients with postoperative infection of larynx. Methods 108 cases of laryngeal cancer patients with postoperative infection were selected and randomly divided into control group(54 cases),ultrasound group(54 cases).The control group was treated with conventional methods of nursing for infection,the ultrasound group was treated with routine method with high intensity focused ultrasound combining with nursing.The high intensity focused ultrasound in the infection were treated only once.The wound healing time,the protein expression of P53,Cdc2,and recurrence of cancer were observed in the two groups. Results the time of wound healing in the ultrasound group was less than that in the control group( P <0.05).The positive rate of P53 and Cdc2 expression in the ultrasound group was lower than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate of the cancer group was also lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound could accelerate the treatment of laryngeal cancer postoperative infection,reduce the expression of P53 and Cdc2 protein after cancer operation,and reduce the recurrence rate of cancer.
