摘要
电子政务是指国家机关在政务活动中,全面应用现代信息技术、网络技术以及办公自动化技术等进行办公、管理和为社会提供公共服务的一种全新的管理模式。广义电子政务的范畴,应包括所有国家机构在内;而狭义的电子政务主要包括直接承担管理国家公共事务、社会事务的各级行政机关。电子政务是国家为了提高行政效能,提高行政效率的重要举措,是推动实现便民利民的重要途径。然而,目前,政府的公文写作还存在许多不足,存在改进的空间,本文立足于其管理现状,提出了有关的改进措施以供参考。
E-government refers to a brand-new management mode in which state organs make full use of modern information technology, network technology and office automation technology to work, manage and provide public services to the society. The broad scope of e-government should include all state institutions, while the narrow sense of e-government includes all levels of administration directly responsible for the management of national public affairs and social affairs. E-government is an important measure to improve the administrative efficiency and to promote the convenience of the people. However, at present, there are still many deficiencies and changes in the writing of government documents. In this paper, based on the present management situation, some improvement measures are put forward for reference.
