评判性思维在神经内科医护联合查房中的应用

目的在本研究中通过评判思维进行医护联合查房,能够明确护理重点,进一步提升相关医护人员的综合素质,更好的提高护理质量和患者的满意度。方法由护士长,护士每天在早上与医师联合查房,交班护士应用评判性思维对患者的情况进行汇报,同时需要从医疗角度对患者的护理提出有效建议。结果在2018年护理人员应用评判性思维能力之后分析与患者的沟通能力,协作能力,发现相比过去有显著提升,同时医护人员的整体素质有所提升,而且交接班时间缩短,患者对于护理质量满意度明显提升。结论在医护联合查房过程中应用评判性思维能够建立新型的医护患合作,提高工作效率,进一步提高护理人员的思维和沟通能力,能够明确进行医嘱执行,提高护士满意度,进而为患者提供更高质量的医疗服务。
