全瓷贴面在氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复中的应用

APPlication of all-ceramic veneer in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth of Patients with fluorosis

目的探究全瓷贴面在氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月~2018年1月间在本院接受治疗全瓷贴片治疗的氟斑牙患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法抽选出36例氟斑牙患者,对其进行全瓷贴面治疗,随访2周、3个月、6个月、12个月全瓷贴面数、复查率以及临床疗效。结果随访2周、3个月患者全瓷贴面数复查结果显示均为100.00%,随访6个月、12个月复查率虽然降低,但是与随访2周、3个月对比无差异性:P>0.05。在随访1年的临床疗效调查评价中发现,随访2周,有5例牙龈反应、3例术后敏感,但是在后期随访中未出现上述情况,36例患者修复效果十分良好。结论全瓷贴面在氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To exPlore the aPPlication value of all-ceramic veneer in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth of Patients with fluorosis.Methods Between January 2017-January 2018 in our hosPital for treatment of dental fluorosis Patients treated the whole Porcelain tiles as the research object, selected by random samPling method in 36 Patients with dental fluorosis, on the whole Porcelain cover treatment,followed uP for 2 weeks,3 months, 6 months,12 months Porcelain veneers,review all rate and the clinical curative effect.Results The results of the all-ceramic veneer number reexamination of the Patients at 2 weeks and 3 months were all 100.00%.Although the reexamination rate at 6 months and 12 months was reduced,there was no difference with that at 2 weeks and 3 months:P>0.05.During the 1-year follow-uP of clinical efficacy investigation and evaluation,it was found that 5 cases of gingival reaction and 3 cases of PostoPerative sensitivity were followed uP for 2 weeks,but the above situation did not aPPear in the later follow-uP,and the rePair effect of 36 cases of Patients was very good.Conclusion All-ceramic veneer has high aPPlication value in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth of Patients with fluorosis.
