CAD/CAM瓷嵌体修复后牙Ⅱ类洞的临床应用体会

The clinical effect of class Ⅱ CAD/CAM onlay in the restoration of Premolars and molars

目的研究CAD/CAM瓷嵌体在根管治疗后的后牙Ⅱ类洞的临床应用效果。方法追踪我科2017年3月~2018年3月期间CAD/CAM瓷高嵌体修复的120例根管治疗术后病例,分别于诊后6月、1年复查,进行临床效果评价。结果 6月、1年随诊成功率分别为99.16%、97.5%。结论 CAD/CAM高嵌体可作为后牙根管治疗术后II类洞型牙体缺损的临床修复选择。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of class II CAD/CAM onlay in the restoration of Premolars and molars after root canal theraPy(RCT).Methods 120 molars and Premolars with class II defect were restored by CAD/CAM onlays after RCT,and were evaluated when the Patients were followed uP 6 and 12 months after oPeration.Results Of all the 120 teeth,the success rate of CAD/CAM onlay 6 and 12 months after oPeration was 99.16% and 97.5% resPectively.Conclusion CAD/CAM onlay can be selected to restore molars and Premolars with class II defect after RCT.
