可溶复合金属材料在油气井完井工艺中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 为解决常规分段酸化、压裂作业过程中憋压球无法顺利返排、生产通径小、压后需钻塞等工序复杂、施工时间长的问题,研发了将可溶复合金属材料应用于油气开发工程中的新技术。可溶高强度复合材料结构件或工具主要应用于完井工艺储层改造作业中,形成了可溶压裂球、可溶压裂球座或可溶压裂桥塞等工具。结合油气井完井工艺涉及的作业领域,拓展了复合材料结构件或工具在完井工艺中应用范围。提出并设计了相关的装置及工具,介绍了装置及工具的结构、特点和用途。研究结果可在扩展可溶复合材料的应用方面提供借鉴。 To address the complicate and time consuming problem in conventional multistage acidizing and fracturing like difficult frac ball flowback, small pipe diameter and additional tripping for milling bridge plug, the new technology for applying dissolvable composite metal material in oil and gas exploitation are developed.The dissolvable high-strength composite structural parts or tools are mainly used in well completion and reservoir stimulation operations.Dissolvable fracturing balls, dissolvable fracturing ball seat, and dissolvable fracturing bridge plug are developed.The technical situations of the developed tools are introduced.The application fields of composite material structural parts or tools in the completion are expanded in combination with the operation fields involved in the oil and gas well completion.The related devices and tools are proposed and designed, whose structure, features and uses are also introduced.The study can provide references for expanding the application of dissolvable composite materials.
