双采动影响下预留巷道围岩控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对晋煤集团古书院矿预留巷道双采动影响下巷道底鼓严重、片帮等围岩变形的问题,通过现场调研分析围岩变形机理与原因,提出了切顶卸压同时联合锚索注浆加固控制围岩变形的综合治理方法。工程实践结果表明:通过对预留巷道进行切顶卸压和注浆加固,有效控制了围岩变形,满足了工程要求;巷道在初次采动期间顶底板最大移近量为100mm,两帮最大移近量为20mm;二次采动期间顶底板最大移近量为174mm,两帮最大移近量为77mm,围岩稳定性得到提高,节约了维修成本,保证了预留巷道的后期使用。 In view of the problem of the deformation of the surrounding rock and the deformation of the surrounding rock under the influence of the double mining of the reserved roadway of the Gushuyuan Mine,JinCheng group.The deformation mechanism and causes of the surrounding rock are analyzed through on-site investigation.Comprehensive control methods for controlling surrounding rock deformation by anchoring and grouting are put forward.The engineering practice results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled by the roof cutting and pressure releasing and grouting reinforcement of the reserved roadway,which meets the engineering requirements,the maximum convergence between the roof and floor during the initial mining is 100 mm and 174 mm during secondary mining,while the maximum approaching amount between the two walls during initial mining is 20 mm and 77 mm during secondary mining.The stability of the surrounding rock is improved,costs for maintenance saved and the reserved roadway for later use guaranteed.
