切顶成巷“Y”型通风工作面采空区自燃危险区域研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对切顶成巷无煤柱开采技术,以某矿62711切顶成巷工作面为例,采用理论分析和Fluent数值模拟相结合的手段,与"U"型通风工作面进行对比,分析切顶成巷"Y"型通风工作面采空区漏风规律、气体运移和浮煤自燃危险区域,给出采空区自燃危险区域分布特征。结果表明:切顶成巷技术中的两进一回"Y"型通风系统,虽能有效解决工作面上隅角瓦斯问题,但采空区漏风量增大,为"U"型通风的1.33倍,自燃危险区域最大宽度增大了171m.切顶留巷技术增加了采空区浮煤自燃的危险性,必须采取相应措施进行预防。 Aiming at the roof cutting technology,a combination of theoretical analysis and Fluent numerical simulation was adopted to compare with the U-type ventilation working face to analyze the air leakage law,gas migration and coal spontaneous combustion hazard area with Y-type ventilation in the goaf of the mining-topped roadway working,and to give the distribution characteristics of the spontaneous combustion danger area in the goaf.The results show that the Two-in&One-return Y-type ventilation system in the roof cutting technology can effectively solve the problem of upcorner gas on the working,but the air leakage in the goaf increases,which is 1.33 times that of the U-type ventilation.The maximum width of the hazardous area is increased by 171 m.The cutting roof technology increases the risk of spontaneous combustion of floating coal in the goaf,and corresponding measures must be taken to prevent it.
