摘要
介绍了GLZ振动式给煤机的工作原理、结构,振动给煤机通过特殊设计的漏斗链接,可以把振动效应传递至煤仓漏斗口上部,形成扰动能量,促使物料松散下落,有效防止物料堵塞,降低堵仓发生概率,同时采用曲线抛物方式振动,使物料滚动下落,降低对槽体衬板的磨损,可根据实际需要,实现自动化控制,相比于单质体直线振动的给煤机,具有能耗少、电机容量小、运行平稳、振幅稳定的特点。
The working principle and structure of GLZ vibrating coal feeder are introduced in this paper.The vibrating coal feeder can transmit the vibration action to the upper part of the funnel of the coal bunker through a specially design.The disturbance energy is conducive to promote the falling down of the coal material,and reduce the probability of blockage.Furthermore,the vibration in parabolic way makes the material rolling down and reduces the wear and tear of the groove liner.It can also be controlled automatically according to actual needs.Compared to the single linear vibration coal feeder,it has the characteristics of low energy consumption,small motor capacity,stable operation and stable amplitude.
