摘要
目的 探讨血浆环指蛋白5(Ring Finger protein 5,RNF5)检测在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)中的意义。方法 选取36例COPD患者及36例健康对照者为研究对象。应用ELISA法分别检测COPD患者急性加重期、稳定期及健康对照者空腹RNF5的浓度,比较血浆RNF5在COPD急性加重期、稳定期及健康对照者的水平变化;并应用Spearson's相关分析法,分析RNF5与肺功能指标的相关性。结果 COPD急性加重期和稳定期患者的RNF5浓度较健康对照组的浓度均明显增高[急性加重期(38.36±12.81)ng/mL;稳定期(34.11±10.01)ng/mL;对照组(28.30±13.09)ng/mL;急性加重期COPD组与对照组比较P = 0.001;稳定期COPD组与对照组比较P = 0.008];COPD稳定期RNF5的水平明显低于急性加重期的水平(P = 0.004);相关性分析显示,无论是在COPD急性加重期还是COPD稳定期,RNF5与FEV1%呈负相关。结论 RNF5参与了COPD的发病,与患者的FEV1%呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the levels of plasma Ring Finger protein 5 (RNF5) in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ( COPD). Methods 36 patients with COPD and 36 cases of healthy controls were included in this study. Blood sample was obtained from all healthy controls and patient with acute exacerbation and stable stage of COPD as well as lung function. RNF5 was detected by ELISA. Spearson's analysis was performed to determine the relationship between RNF5 and variable factors of lung function. Results The levels of plasma RNF5 in patients with acute exacerbation and stable stage of COPD were significantly higher than that in healthy control group [acute exacerbation of COPD (38.36±12.81)ng/mL, stable stage of COPD (34.11±10.01 )ng/mL, control group(28.30±13.09)ng/mL;acute exacerbation of COPD group vs. control group,P = 0.001;stable stage of COPD group vs control group,P = 0.008]. In addition, the levels of RNF5 in stable stage of COPD were significantly lower than that in acute exacerbation COPD (P = 0.004). Moreover, correlation analysis showed that RNF5 was positively correlated with FEV1%. Conclusions RNF5 was involved in the pathogenesis of COPD and negatively correlated with FEV1%.
