昆明市妇幼保健院抗菌药物使用量与大肠埃希菌耐药率的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation of Antibacterials Amount with Drug Resistance of Escherichia coli in Kunming Maternity and Child Health Hospital

摘要 目的 分析抗菌药物用药频度(DDDs)与大肠埃希菌菌耐药率的相关性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考依据。方法 采用回顾性调查方法,计算医院2016年1月至2018年12月大肠埃希菌每季度对12种抗菌药物的耐药率及相应的抗菌药物DDDs,并应用SPSS统计软件进行相关性分析。结果 大肠埃希菌对头孢唑林、头孢西丁和头孢曲松的耐药率与头孢西丁DDDs呈正相关(r = 0.658-0.803,P<0.05);头孢西丁的耐药率与头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠的DDDs呈正相关(r = 0.599,P<0.05);头孢呋辛的耐药率与头孢唑林的DDDs呈正相关(r = 0.672,P<0.05)。结论 某些抗菌药物的DDDs与大肠埃希菌的耐药水平之间存在相关性,应加强细菌耐药监测和抗菌药物临床应用合理性管理。 Objective To study the correlation between antibacterials amount and drug resistance of Escherichia coli, and to provide reference for clinical use of antibacterials. Methods Retrospective review was used to calculate DDDs of antibacterials and resistance rate of Escherichia coli to 12 kinds of antibacterials each quarter.The correlation analysis was carried out using the SPSS 24.0 statistical software. Results Resistance rate of cefazolin, cefoxitin and ceftriaxone was positively correlated with DDDs of cefoxitin(r were 0.658 to 0.803,P<0.05).Resistance rate of cefoxitin was positively correlated with DDDs of cefoperazone-sulbactam(r = 0.599,P<0.05) of cefuroxime was positively correlated with DDDs of cefazolin(r = 0.672,P<0.05). Conclusions There are some correlations between the DDDs and resistance rate.We should strengthen the monitoring of bacterial resistance and the management of rational application of antibacterials.
