云南省康复护理专科护士规范化培训实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Standardized Training for Nurses in Rehabilitation Nursing of Yunnan Province

目的 探讨和分析康复专科护士的培训效果。方法 对74名临床护士进行为期4周的理论培训和4周临床实践培训,通过理论闭卷考试、操作考试、PPT个案汇报、出勤情况四个方面进行考核,并采用《临床护士康复护理知识、技能及认知现状调查问卷》进行评估。结果 培训后,74名学员康复专科知识技能得分为(18.27±0.75)分,认知得分为(36.068±2.56)分,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 开展康复专科护士规范化培训对提高护士的康复专科知识和技能具有重要的实践意义,值得推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the training effect of rehabilitation nurses. Methods 74 clinical nurses had been trained by theoretical and clinical practice for 4 weeks, then we used the following ways to assess their performence: the theory test, examination, operation PPT case reporting, attendance to examine and the clinical rehabilitation nursing knowledge,skills,and cognitive status quo survey questionnaire. Results After the training,the knowledge and skill score was(18.27±0.75),the cognitive score was(36.068±2.56),and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion It is of great practical significance to carry out standardized training of rehabilitation specialist nurses to improve nurses' specialized knowledge and skills, and it is worth promoting.
