浅析“互联网+”新形态下高职英语教师发展问题

随着“互联网+”新形态发展,翻转课堂教学模式已经成为普遍接受的英语教学创新模式出现在高职英语课堂上。这样的改革创新对高职英语教师而言既是机会,同时也是挑战。当今高职英语教师不仅要掌握学生学情,了解学生所学专业,还要具备出色的信息素养,实施能产生高效的教学策略。

With the development of the "Internet Plus" new form, the f lipped classroom teaching mode, as a new innovation mode, has widely accepted in English teaching of college English classes. Such reform and innovation are both opportunities and a challenge for college English teachers. Nowadays, college English teachers should not only master student’s learning situation and understand their majors, but also have excellent information literacy and implement high effective teaching strategies.
