摘要
随着新媒体的出现和媒体融合的发展,传统电视的传输播出模式已经不能适应新时代的要求。因此,从播出IP网络化传输必然性和实现IP化播出的一些关键问题出发,对播出传输网络IP化发展展开研究。
With the emergence of new media and the development needs of media convergence,the transmission and broadcasting mode of transmission of traditional television,can not meet the requirements of the new era.The inevitability of network transmission of broadcasting IP and some key problems in realizing IP broadcasting were discussed and analysed in this paper.
