摘要 浮选机是选矿厂实现浮选过程的重要设备。叶轮转速是影响浮选机工艺性能的重要参数,而传统浮选机的皮带传动形式对叶轮转速的影响较大。通过齿轮传动形式可以有效弥补皮带传动的不足。因此,本文提出使用齿轮与轴承融为一体的回转支承作为传动部件,在实现齿轮传动的同时减少轴承的使用,使传动结构更加紧凑。通过几种回转支承的对比,选择了较好的回转支承形式,并且对回转支承进行选型和寿命校核,随后也对齿轮副进行强度校核。最后对该设计的优点进行总结。 Flotation machine is an important equipment to realize flotation process in concentrator. The impeller speed is an important parameter which affects the process performance of the flotation machine. Through the gear transmission form can effectively make up for the lack of belt transmission. Therefore, this paper proposed to use the rotating support which integrated the gear and bearing as the transmission component, to reduce the use of bearings while realizing the gear transmission, so as to make the transmission structure more compact. By comparing several kinds of slewing bearings, a better form of slewing bearings was selected, and the type and life of slewing bearings were checked, and then the strength of gear pairs was checked. Finally, the advantages of the design were summarized.
