摘要
铜合金的零件具有硬度强度低、延展性大、线膨胀系数大等性能,磨削过程中非常容易出现堵塞、划伤、拉伤等。为了避免这些现象,在磨削过程中必须选择合适的砂轮、磨削液与磨削工艺,并进行参数优化。
The parts of copper alloy have the properties of low hardness, large ductility, large cable expansion coefficient, etc.. In order to avoid these phenomena, suitable grinding wheel, grinding fluid and grinding process must be selected in the grinding process, and parameters optimization must be carried out.
