比较交锁髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效

Comparison of clinical effects of interlocking intramedullary nail and locking plate fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture

目的:研究交锁髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法:根据固定方法不同将41例股骨干骨折患者分为对照组(15例)与试验组(26例)。对照组行锁定钢板内固定,试验组采用交锁髓内钉系统。观察两组临床疗效。结果:对照组患者的骨折愈合优良率为80.0%,试验组为92.3%,两组骨折愈合优良率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的手术用时、住院时间、骨折愈合时间较对照组更短,术中出血量以及术后引流量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率26.7%,显著高于试验组的3.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交锁髓内钉用于股骨干骨折治疗优势突出,术后并发症较少,患者骨折愈合质量较高,建议临床在精细评估、充分掌握患者病情以及手术适应证的基础上予以推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail and locking plate fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture. Method 41 cases of femoral shaft fracture were divided into control group (15 cases) and experimental group (26 cases) according to the different fixation methods.The control group was treated with locking plate fixation,and the experimental group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail system.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The excellent rate of fracture healing in the control group was 80.0%,the experimental group was 92.3%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the operation time,hospitalization time,fracture healing time were shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding during operation and postoperative lead flow were less,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of control group was 26.7%,significantly higher than that of the experimental group 3.8%,there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail for the treatment of femoral shaft fracture advantages,less postoperative complications,patients with fracture healing of high quality clinical recommendations in fine evaluation,fully grasp the patients and surgical indications on the basis of application.
