Effect of early onset severe pre-eclampsia on maternal and child outcomes

目的:研究、分析早发型重度先兆子痫对母儿结局的影响。方法:选取68例早发型重度先兆子痫患者进行回顾性分析,根据孕期的不同将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组(25例)孕周为25~30周,观察组(43例)孕周为30~34周,对比、分析两组母儿结局。结果:两组孕妇剖宫产率、24h尿蛋白定量及围产儿体重比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组致死性引产发生率低于对照组,孕妇及围产儿并发症发生率低于对照组,围生儿死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早发型重度先兆子痫是导致围产儿死亡的主要原因之一,通过积极采取治疗措施,期待治疗7~10d,可有效改善围生儿预后,且孕妇并发症风险不会增加。

Objective To study the effect of early onset severe pre-eclampsia on maternal and fetal outcomes.Method A total of 68 patients with early-onset severe pre-eclampsia admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The time was from February 2016 to December 2017.They were divided into two groups according to the pregnancy.Weeks were 25~30 weeks,and observation group had 43 weeks of gestational age 30~34 weeks,comparing the two groups of maternal and child outcomes.Results The cesarean section rate,24-hour urinary protein quant itation and perinatal physique quality of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).The incidence of fatal induction was lower in the observation group than in the control group.The incidence of complications in pregnant women and perinatal children was lower than that in the control group.Group,perinatal mortality was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early-onset severe pre-eclampsia is one of the main causes of perinatal death.By actively taking treatment measures,expecting treatment for 7~10 days can effectively improve the prognosis of perinatal children,and the risk of complications of pregnant women will not increase.
