摘要
本文对比了电泳涂装前处理中的传统磷化工艺与新技术锆化工艺,研究了锆化时间对电泳漆膜耐盐雾性能的影响,论证分析了在磷化设备上实现锆化技术的可行性和技术关键点,并对磷化前处理设备进行了技术改造。结果表明,相比于磷化前处理方式,锆化前处理后获得的样件的漆膜外观更好,漆膜附着力与磷化前处理相当,最佳的锆化处理时间为60~90 s,锆化的喷淋压力应低于0.05 MPa。通过实施技术改造,在旧的磷化设备上可实现锆化技术的成功切换,采用改造后的设备进行批生产获得的产品的耐盐雾腐蚀性能和附着力均能满足客户要求。
In this paper,traditional phosphating process and the new zirconization process in the pretreatment of electrophoretic coating were compared. The effect of zirconization time on the salt spray resistance of electrophoretic paint film was studied. The feasibility and key points of zirconium technology in phosphating equipment were demonstrated and analyzed. And the phosphating pretreatment equipment was reformed. The results show that compared with the phosphorization pretreatment method,the sample film obtained by zirconation pretreatment possess better appearance,the adhesion of the paint film is comparable to that of the phosphating pretreatment. The optimum zirconization treatment time is 60~90 s and the spray pressure of zirconium should be less than 0.05 MPa. Successful switching of zirconium technology can be realized on the old phosphating equipment through technical transformation. The salt spray corrosion resistance and adhesion of the products obtained by batch production with the improved equipment can meet the customer's requirements.
