印度某电站重油油枪雾化性能的调整及改造

Adjustment and Modification for Atomization Performance of Heavy Oil Gun in an Indian Power Plant

由于投资成本或燃料来源等原因,中国出口海外的电站锅炉仍多采用传统油枪点火方式。通过对印度某燃煤电站重油油枪的调试工作,分析了重油油枪燃烧不稳定的原因,给出了调整及改造方案,经试验最终实现了重油的完全燃烧和油枪的稳定运行。

Because of the investment cost or fuel source,the traditional oil gun ignition method is still widely used in power station boilers exported overseas by China. Based on the commissioning of heavy oil gun in a coal-fired power plant in India,this paper analyzes the reasons of unstable combustion of heavy oil gun, and then gives adjustment and modification schemes. Through tests,the complete combustion of heavy oil and stable operation of oil gun are finally realized.
