摘要
将水热法制备的二氧化钛负载在分子筛上,再与硫化镉复合,制备了硫化镉-二氧化钛/分子筛复合材料。对复合材料的相组成、微观结构、形貌和光谱性质进行了表征。在可见光照射下,以光催化降解亚甲基蓝为探针反应,研究了复合材料的光催化活性。结果表明:与纯二氧化钛相比,二氧化钛/分子筛具有更快的吸附降解效率;与二氧化钛/分子筛、硫化镉/分子筛相比,硫化镉-二氧化钛/分子筛复合材料的光催化性能最为优越。硫化镉-二氧化钛/分子筛优化制备条件:硫化镉溶液质量浓度为2.0g/L、反应温度为80℃,反应时间为4h。
The TiO2 prepared by hydrothermal synthesis was loaded on the molecular sieve and compounded with CdS to prepare the CdS-TiO2/zeolite composite.The phase composition,microstructure,morphology and spectral properties of the composites were characterized.The photocatalytic activity of the composite material was evaluated by photo-catalytic degradation of methylene blue as the probe reaction under visible light irradiation.The results showed that the TiO2/zeolite composite catalysts had faster photo-catalytic activity than that of pure TiO2 powders.Compared with the TiO2/zeolite and CdS/zeolite, the CdS-TiO2/zeolite composite catalysts had the best photo-catalytic activity.The optimal conditions of producing CdS-TiO2/zeolitewere as follows: the mass concentration of CdS was 2.0 g/L,the water bath temperature was 80 ℃ andthe reaction time was 4 h.
