摘要
城市经济是影响写字楼开发与运营效益的宏观要素之一,而写字楼市场的发展与繁荣又在一定领域推动经济增长,两者间的关系既有相互推动的一面,也存在彼此影响、相互牵制的反作用。基于此,本文在相关文献研究的基础上,运用主成分分析法对天津写字楼与当地经济的协调状态进行评价和分析并得出结论。
