摘要
随着互联网和经济的高速发展,跨境电商作为一种新型购物模式逐渐兴起,掀起了一阵消费狂潮,但跨境电商还存在一些弊端,本文将从消费者权益保护法角度出发,分析当代跨境电商现状,并对跨境电商提出一些合理建议。
with the rapid development of Internet and economy,cross-border electricity business as a new shopping mode,causing aa consumption spree,but there are some disadvantages.This study analyzed the current situation of cross-border electricity business from the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Act and put forward some reasonable suggestions for cross-border e-commerce.
