产业集聚与能源全要素生产率——基于省际面板数据的实证分析

Industrial Agglomeration and Total Factor Productivity of Energy Production——An Empirical Analysis Based on Chinese Provincial Panel Data

使用2000至2016年省际层面能源产业数据为样本,对能源产业全要素生产率进行测度,分析产业集聚和需求转型对能源生产全要素生产率的影响。结论认为,能源产业全要素生产率呈波动上升态势。处于能源价值链上下游行业全要素生产率较高。能源产业集聚能够提升能源行业全要素生产率,需求转型已成为推动能源产业全要素生产率提高的重要因素。

By using the data of energy industry at the provincial level from 2000 to 2016,we had measured and evaluated the Total Factor Productivity of energy production and its sub-sectors.This paper had also analyzed the impact of energy industry agglomeration and energy demand transformation on the Total Factor Productivity of energy production.The results had shown that the Total Factor Productivity of energy industry fluctuated and raised during the study period.The Total Factor Productivity of industrial production was higher in the upstream and downstream of energy value chain than middle stream,relatively.Energy industry agglomeration could improve the Total Factor Productivity of energy production.The transformation of energy demand had also become the important influential factor of promoting the Total Factor Productivity of energy industry.This paper had revealed that promoting energy industry agglomeration and energy demand transformation were feasible paths to promote the Total Factor Productivity of energy production.
