摘要
近年来,国内外有关企业社会责任(Corporate Social Responsibility,CSR)缺失引发的危机事件不断被报道出来。CSR愈来愈受到外界关注,学术界针对CSR与企业危机的关系展开了激烈的讨论。因此,本文通过对CSR与企业危机的概念进行梳理,讨论两类企业危机给企业造成的负面影响,同时探究CSR与企业危机管理之间的关系,分析当企业危机发生后是否可以利用CSR行为挽回企业声誉。结果发现,企业管理者在危机事件之后积极开展CSR活动能够有效降低负面影响,拯救企业形象。
In recent years,crisis incidents caused by the lack of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)have been repeatedly reported at home and abroad.CSR has attracted more and more attention from the outside world.The academic community has launched a heated discussion on the relationship between CSR and enterprise crisis.Therefore,by sorting out the concepts of CSR and corporate crisis,this paper discusses the negative impact of the two types of corporate crisis on enterprises,explores the relationship between CSR and corporate crisis management,and analyzes whether CSR behavior can be used to restore corporate reputation after the occurrence of corporate crisis.The results show that corporate managers can effectively reduce negative impact and save corporate image by actively carrying out CSR activities after the crisis.
