摘要
2016年9月以来,苏州市深化体制机制改革,完善区域创新体系,为经济社会持续健康稳定发展提供新的动力。本文从苏州经济发展模式的现状出发,分析苏州推进创新型经济发展模式的原因,并提出苏州推进创新型经济发展模式的对策:健全科技创新体制机制;加强科技创新载体建设;加快科技创新人才集聚;加大科技创新资金投入。
Since September 2016,Suzhou has deepened the reform of its institutional mechanism and improved the regional innovation system,providing a new impetus for the sustained,healthy and stable development of the economy and society.Based on the current situation of Suzhou's economic development model,this paper analyzes the reasons for Suzhou to promote the development model of innovative economy,and puts forward the countermeasures for Suzhou to promote the development model of innovative economy:perfect the mechanism of scientific and technological innovation;strengthen the construction of scientific and technological innovation carrier;accelerate scientific and technological innovation Talent pooling;increase investment in science and technology innovation.
