企业新型学徒制与高职院校现代学徒制相互融通路径研究

本文以人社部和财政部的全面推行企业新型学徒制文件要求为基础,利用企业新型学徒制的模式对高职院校现代学徒制提出新要求,以期建立更为有效的校企双元化的现代学徒制职业教育框架,改变现有以学校现代学徒制为主,企业适从的校企合作项目开展模式;转变为以企业学徒培养要求为准绳,指引学校进行现代学徒制教学改革。将现代学徒制与企业新型学徒制相结合,共同促进职业教育的新发展。
