摘要
作为一种新型的余热利用技术,空压机余热回收技术可以为企业节省大量的能源与资源,降低生产成本。本文以山西西山热电有限责任公司脱硝空压机热能回收系统为基础,对其进行改造升级,并分析其具体的改造方案与获得的经济效益。通过改造,空压机之前的散热不良问题得到了有效解决,每年可以为企业节省约19.49万元,提高了企业的经济效益水平。
As a new type of waste heat utilization technology,air compressor waste heat recovery technology can save a lot of energy and resources and reduce production costs for enterprises. Based on the heat recovery system of denitrification air compressor of Shanxi Xishan Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,this paper proposes the transformation and upgrade for the system,and analyzes the specific scheme and economic benefits. Through transformation,the problem of previous poor heat dissipation of the air compressor has been effectively solved,which can save about 194,900 yuan per year for the enterprise and improve the economic efficiency level of the enterprise.
