摘要
本文基于干燥窑质量和能量守恒方程,根据有限差分法建立了离散干燥机理模型,通过MATLAB编写仿真模型,并对离散化网格模型分别进行稳态和动态过程仿真模拟,仿真结果直观地展现了干燥过程的稳定状态和动态过程变化,验证了机理模型的正确性与合理性,为理解干燥系统过程特征提供了帮助,为设计控制算法和实现优化控制提供了参考依据。
Based on the mass and energy conservation equationa ofdrying kiln,the discrete drying mechanism model was established according to the finite difference method.The simulation model was compiled by MATLAB,and the steady state and dynamic process of discrete mesh model were simulated respectively. The simulation results show the steady state and dynamic process changes of the drying process intuitively,verify the correctness and rationality of the mechanism model,providing help for understanding the process characteristics of the drying system anda reference for the design of control algorithm and the realization of optimal control.
