摘要
针对某电厂700 MW超临界机组~#5锅炉引风机电耗较大,高负荷下引风机动叶开度达到60%以上时继续增加开度,风机电流增长速率过快,而锅炉运行氧量达不到目标值等问题,对~#5锅炉引风机进行了热态试验,并结合烟气系统阻力的状况,分析减少~#5锅炉引风机转子叶片数的可行性,为~#5锅炉引风机的改造提供数据支持。
The power consumption of No. 5 boiler induced draft fan of a 700 MW supercritical unit in a power plant is relatively large. When the opening of the induced draft fan reaches 60%,and keeps increasing under heavy load,the current growth rate will be too fast;and the operating oxygen of the boiler cannot meet the targeted value. A thermal test on the No. 5 boiler induced draft fan was carried out,and combined with the condition of the flue gas system resistance,the feasibility of reducing the blade of No. 5 boiler induced draft fan rotor is analyzed. It provides data support for No. 5 boiler induced draft fan renovation.
