Experimental Research on Ash-deposition Characteristics of Pulverized Coal

设计开发一种积灰在线测量的实验系统,可与小型电加热的沉降炉组合使用。本装置可以克服沉积过程本身的干扰,在线测量原位积灰的重量变化,并使用本实验系统探究煤粉积灰特性。

An on-line ash deposition measurement experimental system which can be used in combination with a small electrothermal settling furnace is designed and developed.The device overcomes the interference of the deposition process itself,measures the weight change of sediments in the deposition line,and explores the characteristics of coal slag deposition by using the experimental system.
