摘要
为研究点火器发火阈值与桥丝直径和药剂粒度的变化关系,将0.06mm和0.07mm直径的桥丝与60目和150目两种粒度的B/KNO3装配成三种不同的点火器,采用NeyerD-最优化法对三种点火器的发火阈值进行测试。结果表明,B/KNO3点火药粒度由60目降低到150目时,爆破阀用点火器发火阈值仅降低0.2A;桥丝直径由0.07mm缩小到0.06mm时,发火阈值降低了0.65A,说明桥丝直径对爆破阀用点火器发火阈值的影响较药剂粒度对发火阈值的影响更为明显,对爆破阀用点火器的优化设计具有一定的指导意义。
In order to explore the relationship among firing threshold of exploding valve igniter and bridge-wire diameter and explosive particle size, three groups of igniters were studied. Bridge-wire diameter was 0.06mm or 0.07mm, while B/KNO3 explosive particle size was 60 mesh or 150 mesh. Firing thresholds of the three groups igniters were tested by the method of D-optimal. The result shows firing threshold of igniter with 150 mesh explosive is just 0.2A lower than that with 60 mesh explosive, whereas the firing threshold of igniter with 0.06mm diameter bridge-wire is 0.65A lower than that with 0.07mm diameter bridge-wire. It indicates that firing threshold is sensitive for bridge-wire diameter, while it is unsensitive for explosive particle size.
