摘要
采用紫外可见光分光光度法,以亚油酸钠为底物,研究了都匀毛尖茶叶中的黄酮类化合物对大豆脂氧合酶活性的抑制作用。结果表明,毛尖茶叶中的黄酮类化合物的提取率为5.227%,毛尖茶叶中的黄酮类化合物对大豆脂氧合酶有一定的抑制效果,并且随着黄酮类化合物的浓度的增加抑制效果增强。
The inhibitory effects of flavonoids from Duyun maojian tea leaves on the activity of soybean lipoxygenase were studied, with UV spectrophotometry, Sodium linoleic acid as substrate. The results showed that the extraction rate of flavonoids in Maojian tea was 5.227%, flavonoids from maojian tea leaves had inhibitory effects on the activity of soybean lipoxygenase, and with the increase of the concentration of flavonoids, the inhibition effect was enhanced.
