摘要
厄瓜多尔CCS水电站输水隧洞洞径大、距离长、埋深大,其合理的布置和设计对电站的造价、运行条件影响巨大。通过工程布置和施工方案的优化论证,将输水隧洞优化为全线明流输水,大大简化了工程布置,改善了运行条件;采用通用型"B、D"两种管片型式,大大简化了施工,提高了TBM施工效率;采用国内外不同的标准(中标、美标、欧标)对管片衬砌结构进行计算分析,对管片强度、配筋、灌浆孔、定位孔、螺栓连接孔、燕尾槽等进行了合理布置和设计,保证了管片制作、脱模、安装时的施工质量,为复杂地质条件下长隧洞的设计、施工提供了可借鉴的经验。
The CCS Hydropower Station in Ecuador has a total installed capacity of 1 500 MW and a single unit capacity of 187.5 MW,making it one of the largest impact-type scale hydropower stations in the world.The water transfer tunnel has large diameter,long distance and great buried depth,its reasonable layout and design have great influence to the cost and operating conditions of the power station.Through engineering layout optimization and construction plan demonstration,the design optimized the water conveyance tunnel to the entire open channel uniform flow water conveyance,greatly simplified engineering layout and improved operating conditions.Adopting"B and D"two kinds of universal TBM segment,it had greatly simplified the construction and improved the efficiency of the TBM construction.It adopted different norms and standards(Chinese standard,American standard and European standard)at home and abroad for TBM segment lining structure analysis and calculation,the strength of the segment,reinforcement,the grouting hole,positioning hole,bolt connection hole,dovetail groove and so on had been carried on the reasonable layout and design for ensuring the quality of construction of the segment production,mold release and installation and providing referential experience for the design and construction of long tunnel under complicated geological conditions.
