摘要
从实际项目需求出发,为采集系统设计较为稳定硬件系统,包括电源系统、以ARM嵌入式为核心的CPU系统、模拟量功能采集电路及开关量采集电路。同时,根据CPU芯片的特性设计了配套的软件程序,包括底层程序、上位机通信程序以及数据采集程序等。该采集系统能够实现列车底层多数据源的采集,能够满足被采集对象多样化的要求。同时,硬件电路的采集电压及电流能够较好的适配列车系统,软件也做了相应参数优化,是一款专门为城轨列车设计的专用事件存储设备。
Based on the requirements of the actual project,this paper designs a more stable hardware system for the acquisition system,including power supply system,CPU system based on ARM embedded system,analog function acquisition circuit and switch signal acquisition circuit,at the same time.According to the characteristics of CPU chip,the software program is designed,including bottom program,PC communication program and data acquisition program,etc.The acquisition system can realize the collection of multiple data sources at the bottom of the train and meet the diversified requirements of the collected objects.At the same time,the acquisition voltage and current of the hardware circuit can be better adapted to the train system,and the corresponding parameters of the software are optimized.Is a special design for urban rail train event storage equipment.
