超声萃取/气相色谱-质谱联用法同时测定纺织品中9种有害物质的残留量 被引量:3

摘要 本论文建立了超声萃取/气相色谱-质谱联用法同时对纺织品中9种挥发性有害物质的残留量进行测定的方法。称取2g样品,以乙酸乙酯为溶剂于40℃超声40min,待萃取液冷却后,过滤,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪采用选择离子模式进行分析,外标法定量。本方法中目标物的线性范围为1.0~50.0mg/L,平均回收率为80.1%~96.5%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~4.9%,方法检出限为4.25~12.50mg/kg。该方法具有简单、快速等优点,适合将其应用于实际纺织品样品的检测中。 A method was established to determine simultaneously the residues of 9 residual Harmful substances in textiles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Precision says take about 2 g,residual volatile organic solvents in textiles were ultrasonically extracted at 40 ℃ in 40 min,using ethyl acetate as extraction solvent.After being extracted liquid cooling, the extracts were filtered,and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometr in selected ion monitoring mode(GC-MS).The content of each analyte was calibrated by the external standard method. The linear range was 1.0 -50.0 mg/L,the recoveries were from 80.1%~96.5%,the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were from 1.5%-4.9% and the limits of detection were 4.25-12.50mg/kg. The method is simple, rapid, and is suitable for the analysis of residual volatile organic compounds in textiles.
