吡咯喹啉醌在心血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 氧化应激与线粒体功能障碍是心血管疾病的两个重要发病机制,两者在发生过程中均伴随氧自由基堆积而造成氧化损伤。吡咯喹啉醌(PQQ)的独特优势在于不仅具有强的抗氧化作用,还具有水溶性和热稳定性,可在体内环境下快速进入组织和细胞,稳定、高效地清除细胞内氧自由基而避免氧化损伤。其能高效减少氧化应激造成的氧自由基堆积从而减弱心肌损伤,并具有修复线粒体功能障碍,改善心肌功能的作用。未来,应深入研究PQQ在心血管疾病中的作用,并协同中医用药经验开发出新的可运用于心血管疾病的药物。 Two important pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease:Oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction,in both of which progress are accompanied by free radical accumulation and further result in oxidative damage.The unique advantage of pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ) is that it not only has strong anti- oxidation effect,but also has water-soluble and thermo-stable properties.It can rapidly enter tissues and cells in the body environment,as well as stably and efficiently sca- venge intracellular oxygen free radicals to avoid oxidative damage.PQQ can effectively reduce the accumulation of oxygen free radicals caused by oxidative stress,thereby decreasing myocardial damage,and has the function of repairing mitochondrial dysfunction improving mitochondrial function and improving myocardial function.In the future,the role of PQQ in cardiovascular diseases should be studied in depth, and new drugs for cardiovascular diseases should be developed in collaboration with the experience of traditional Chinese medicine.
