在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中,转录激活因子1(ATF1)利用其独特的分子结构和生物学功能,作为融合或非融合基因,靶向调控肿瘤相关细胞信号转导通路相关靶基因的表达,参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、血管生成、迁移、侵袭、免疫监视等重要生物学过程,进而影响肿瘤的发生、发展。在临床应用价值方面,ATF1已被提出作为宫颈癌早期诊断和乳腺癌发生、发展的生物标志物。ATF1作为影响肿瘤发生、发展的重要因素,有可能成为治疗癌症的一个强有力的作用靶点。

In the process of tumorigenesis and development,activating transcription activator1(ATF1) utilizes its unique molecular structure and biological functions,as a fusion or non-fusion gene,with targeted regulation of tumor cell signal transduction pathways related to the expression of target genes,participates in tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis, angiogenesis ,migration,invasion,immune surveillance,and other important biological process,which affects the development and progression of tumors.In terms of clinical application value,ATF1 has been proposed as a biomarker for the early diagnosis of cervical cancer and the development and progression of breast cancer.ATF1,as an important factor affecting tumor development and progression,will possibly become a powerful target of drug action for the treatment of cancer.
