摘要
妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠期常见并发症之一,可造成不良妊娠结局,且GDM孕妇和新生儿有远期发生2型糖尿病和代谢综合征的风险。GDM孕妇严重糖脂代谢紊乱的发生与脂肪因子、细胞因子、炎性因子以及内质网应激等密切相关。固醇调节元件结合蛋白1c(SREBP-1c)是一类分布于内质网和核膜上的膜连接蛋白,可通过干扰胰岛素信号通路,引起糖脂代谢紊乱,参与GDM的发生发展,且SREBP-1c与GDM发生的诸多相关因子存在关联。
Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) is one of the most common complications during pregnancy.It can not only cause adverse pregnancy outcomes,but also lead to the long-term risk of type2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome in the mothers and newborns of GDM.There is a serious disorder of glycolipid metabolism in pregnant women with GDM,which is closely related to adipokines,cytokines,inflammatory factors and endoplasmic reticulum stress.Sterol regulatory primitive binding protein1c(SREBP-1c) is a class of membrane-bound proteins distributed on endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear membrane,which can interfere with insulin signaling pathway,cause disorder of glycolipid metabolism and participate in the occurrence and development of GDM.It is found that SREBP-1c is also associated with many related factors of GDM.
