Research Progress of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride as Pre-Anesthetic Drug

麻醉前常应用多种术前用药,以达到镇静、抑制呼吸道腺体分泌、稳定血流动力学、预防恶心呕吐和胃内容物反流误吸、减少不必要耗能例如寒战等目的。阿托品常作为术前抗胆碱药物来抑制腺体分泌,但使用后会发生心率加快。新型抗胆碱能药物盐酸戊乙奎醚具有独特的药理特性,可以避免心率加快,适用人群更加广泛。目前,该药物不仅可用作有机磷中毒急救,还可作为麻醉前用药,治疗感染性休克、高血压、呼吸道疾病、消化系统疾病等,应用前景广阔。

Before anesthesia,a variety of preoperative drugs are often used to meet the above requirements,in order to achieve the purpose of sedation,inhibition of respiratory gland secretion,stabilization of hemodynamics,prevention of nausea ,vomiting and reflux of stomach contents,and reduction of unnecessary energy consumption such as shivering.Atropine is often used as a preoperative anticholine drug to inhibit glandular secretion,but after the application,the heart rate is increased rapidly.A new anticholinergic drug penehyclidine hydrochloride,which can pharmacologically avoid the rapid increase of the heart rate,the applicable population becomes more extensive.At present, as a pre-anesthetic drug,the drug ont only can be used as first aid for organophosphorus poisoning,but also can be used to treat septic shock,hypertension, respi ratory tract diseases,and digestive system diseases,showing a broad application prospect.
