摘要
针对海警装备体系作战能力评估问题,引入OODA作战环理论,建立海警作战OODA环模型,并对其进行时效性分析,修正海警装备体系作战能力解析模型,结合典型的海警装备体系案例,应用OODA环评估方法对海警装备体系作战能力进行估算,得出侦察监视要素对海警装备作战效能影响的基本规律。
In order to assess the operational capability of the maritime police equipment system,the OODA(Observe,Orient,Decide,Act)operational ring theory was introduced,the OODA ring model for maritime police operations was established,and its timeliness was analyzed.The analytical model of the combat capability of the maritime police equipment system was revised,and the typical case of the maritime police equipment system was combined.The operational capability of marine police equipment system was calculated by means of OODA loop evaluation method,and the basic law of influence of reconnaissance and surveillance elements on operational effectiveness of marine police equipment was obtained.
