摘要
分析了参数匹配、碰撞检测和人机交互要求,建立了零件层次结构模型,结合Unity3D开发了相应管理器,建立了基于特征的约束动态识别、虚拟手交互及动作响应和非凸体零件的干涉检测流程,开发了虚拟维修平台,以某传动轴总成为例进行了维修过程中零件的装配验证,表明零件层次结构模型能够满足虚拟维修中零件交互装配需求。
The requirements of parameter matching,collision detection and human-computer interaction were analyzed.The hierarchical model of parts was established.The corresponding manager was developed by using Unity3D.The processes of dynamic recognition of constraint based on features,the interaction of virtual hand and action response and the interference detection of non-convex parts were established,and the virtual maintenance platform was developed.Taking a driving shaft assembly as an example,the assembly verification of parts in maintenance process was carried out,which shows that the part hierarchical model can meet the requirements of interactive assembly of parts in virtual maintenance.
