水产品质量安全可追溯体系建设问题研究

Study on the Construction of Traceability System for the Quality Safety of Aquatic Product

为了提高水产品质量安全管理效率,应当建立合理有效的水产品质量安全可追溯体系,笔者从建设进度、法律法规、追溯信息采集汇总、技术开发资金投入、社会认知等方面分析了我国水产品质量安全可追溯体系建设的现状与存在问题,从完善法律法规和技术标准体系、强化政府主体地位、增加技术开发资金投入等方面提出了可行性对策及建议,希望为我国渔政管理部门制定相关政策提供参考资料和理论依据。

In order to improve the management efficiency of quality safety of aquatic product,a reasonable and effective traceability system for the quality safety of aquatic product should be established.The present situation and existing problems of the traceability system for the quality safety of aquatic product in China are analyzed,from the aspects of construction progress,laws and regulations,traceability information collection and summary,investment in technology development funds,and social cognition.The feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of perfecting the system of laws and regulations and technical standards,strengthening the dominant position of the government,and increasing the investment in technology development funds.It is hoped that these suggestions can provide reference and theoretical basis for the fishery administration departments to formulate relevant policies.
