摘要 为有效解决智能手机摄像模组滤光片在跌落过程中的脆性开裂问题,开展手机跌落过程的有限元仿真,并对仿真结果进行试验验证。手机正面跌落时,滤光片受力最大,其失效主要是由摄像模组内部镜头撞击镜座导致的。保证手机摄像模组中镜头与镜座之间的距离大于马达载体与马达基体之间的距离,可以有效防止滤光片的失效。研究滤光片热固胶的弹性模量、胶宽和胶厚对滤光片应力的影响,结果表明:改变滤光片热固胶的弹性模量对滤光片的脱落影响较大;滤光片应力随滤光片热固胶胶宽的增加先增大后减小,随滤光片热固胶胶厚的增加而减小。仿真结果可为滤光片热固胶的用法与用量提供指导。 To effectively solve the brittle cracking problem of mobile phone camera module filter in the dropping process,the finite element simulation of mobile phone dropping process is carried out.The simulation results are verified by test.The force of the filter is the maximum when the mobile phone face bumps on the ground.The failure is mainly caused by the impact of the lens inside the camera module on the lens base.If it is ensured that the distance between lens and lens base in mobile phone camera module is larger than that between motor carrier and motor base,the failure of the filter can be effectively prevented.The effects of elastic modulus,width and thickness of filter thermosetting adhesive on the stress of filter are studied.The results show that changing the elastic modulus of filter thermosetting adhesive has a great influence on the shedding of the filter.The filter stress increases first and then decreases with the increase of filter thermosetting adhesive width,and decreases with the increase of filter thermosetting adhesive thickness.The simulation results can provide guidance for the usage and dosage of filter thermosetting adhesive.
