摘要
加强高校师范生师德教育,是深化教育教学改革的根本任务和时代诉求。调查研究发现,当前师范生师德教育在取得成绩的同时也存在诸多问题,如重视程度不够、内容陈旧、方法单一、缺乏实效性等。问题成因主要为:师范生自身心理认知不成熟以及社会、家庭、学校等消极因素的影响。解决对策包括三个方面:师范生师德修养自我提升、营造师德教育良好氛围、注重师德教育实效。
It is the need of the new era and fundamental task of deepening the educational and teaching reform to strengthen the teachers' professional ethics cultivation of normal students. Nowadays, the normal colleges and universities have made achievements in moral education while there are still some problems to be solved,such as the lack of priorities, outdated contents, single method and low level of effectiveness. These problems are caused by internal and external factors, such as the immature psychological cognition of normal students and the negative factors of social, family and schools’ environments. Finally, the countermeasures to improve teachers' professional ethics cultivation of normal students in new era are put forward from three aspects, which are as follows: normal students’ self- improvement of teachers' professional ethics cultivation, the creation of atmosphere for teachers' professional ethics and the improvement of the actual effects.
